Although we couldn’t restore precious crystal, china and personal treasures lost in this devastating fire, we more than restored the home.  LHL was able to redesign the interior of this home to create an open and bright kitchen, a much need expanded dining area, and added space with safe stairway access to the garage.  Not only was the home rebuilt, we were able to create better living spaces.   The redesigned kitchen cabinets and layout, coupled with its improved relationship to the dining room, created a dynamic change both visually and functionally.  Because of new, highly efficient windows, upgraded insulation, and a high efficient furnace, we delivered a much more energy efficient home.

Virtually every room in the home was scrutinized to determine how redesigning the interior could enhance livability.  When it was complete, both the interior and exterior of the home were greatly improved over the original, at minimal out of pocket expense to our client.
