Staying within the lines of existing rooms, LHL & client partnered to design and create a truly unique, personally appointed kitchen,  as well as the master bath and powder bath.  See the kitchens for this Pearl District remodel project here. 

The exquisite bathrooms are eye-popping and keep the character of simple elegance that this condo demands.  Beginning with a complete gutting of the old, the master bath combines a stand alone tub, unique tile design and selection, a spacious mud-set shower enclosed by frameless glass, custom African mahogany cabinets, and a built-in, 3-paneled Robern mirror cabinet.  The final affect is stunning.  The powder bath boasts an imported, custom painted vanity base reconfigured to accommodate a striking vessel basin.  

In addition to the baths and kitchen, the great room now displays a new linear gas fireplace accented by a completely redesigned and appointed tile/granite mantel and face. (pic)
