About the LHL Homes Team

Dick Hartung

Founding Partner LHL Homes.

Dick helped to found LHL homes in 1987. Dick’s primary responsibilities for LHL are design, estimating, sales and marketing. He’s involved in all projects, specifically in planning and securing permits for work. Dick has a background in commercial and residential foundation systems, project management and business consulting. Dick has over 30 years of construction experience.

Dick holds a BS in Business, which he gained at Lewis and Clark College.

Dave Jarvis

Partner LHL Homes

Dave joined LHL Homes in 2002 and supervises all remodeling projects. Prior to LHL Homes, Dave gained experience in commercial construction, door hardware, and owned DJL Construction. Dave holds a BS in Business from North Park College, 1986.

Tim Leslie

Founding Partner, LHL Homes

Tim manages and supervises all new home construction for LHL Homes. Together with Dick, Tim founded LHL Construction in 1987. Tim has a background in residential and commercial HVAC and is also a certified CPA.

Tim brings over 45 years of construction experience to LHL and offers his customers unparalleled attention to detail.

Tim graduated with a BS in Business, Lewis & Clark College, in 1975
