Staying within the lines of existing rooms, LHL & client partnered to design and create a truly unique, personally appointed kitchen, master bath and powder bath.  The kitchen displays beautifully finished Sapele, floor to ceiling cabinets.  The cabinet design includes a wide array of Rev-A-Shelf, in-cabinet storage components to optimize cabinet utilization in a small kitchen.  Radius granite counters, contrasting stainless steel doors, accent lighting, appliances selected for space and design efficiency, and carefully selected plumbing accessories create a very functional kitchen with an incredible “Wow” factor.

The bathrooms are no less eye-popping.  Beginning with a complete gutting of the old, the master bath combines a stand alone tub, unique tile design and selection, a spacious mud-set shower enclosed by frameless glass, custom African mahogany cabinets, and a built-in, 3-paneled Robern mirror cabinet.  The final affect is stunning.  The powder bath boasts an imported, custom painted vanity base reconfigured to accommodate a striking vessel basin.  In addition to the baths and kitchen, the great room now displays a new linear gas fireplace accented by a completely redesigned and appointed tile/granite mantel and face.
